About T. Scott Daniel, Esq.

T. Scott Daniel is the Founder of Three Rivers Title, LLC and a licensed Tennessee attorney with extensive experience in real estate, title matters, and public service. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University.

Scott founded Three Rivers Title with the goal of providing buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, lenders, and other transaction participants with a more informed and client-focused closing experience. As an attorney and title professional, he brings a legal perspective to real estate transactions and works to ensure clients understand the closing process from contract through completion.

Before entering the practice of law, Scott devoted approximately a decade to law enforcement and public service. He served with the Humphreys County Sheriff's Office in supervisory roles and as a D.A.R.E. Instructor, investigated severe child abuse cases for the State of Tennessee's Office of Child Safety, and later served as Captain of the New Johnsonville Police Department, where his responsibilities included overseeing the department's daily operations.

Scott currently serves as General Sessions Judge for the City of New Johnsonville and is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Civil and Family Mediator.

In addition to his legal and title experience, Scott is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker and the Owner and Principal Broker of Neighborhood Realtors, a locally owned real estate brokerage headquartered in Waverly, Tennessee. His experience across the legal, title, and real estate industries gives him a broad understanding of real property transactions and the issues that can arise throughout the buying, selling, financing, title, and closing process.
